What is it?
In handling systems, the screw conveyor (spirals) is commonly used to move all types of products on a gentle or significant slope over several metres.
Working principle
This conveyer allows horizontal handling as well as angling up to vertical. It consists of an Archimedes’ spiral that moves the product forward inside a closed sealed bucket.
Application
Conveying of wet, loose, mushy, adhesive, dusty or abrasive materials of all applications.
